A classic Greek entrée and a house favorite of Vlassis guests since 1976. Alternate layers of sliced eggplant, zucchini and spiced ground beef, the topping, lovingly created by May Cosmides, features traditional bechamel sauce seasoned with nutmeg and other Greek style spices.

Served with rice, roast potatoes, and Greek salad, pita & tzatziki.
